  「冠文潔品有限公司」,主要業務是供應一般公司行號、工廠或各行各業之總務所須採購相關的日常用品而提供宅配服務,目前客戶己達六千餘家,目前年營業額已突破八千萬。
  在服務眾多客戶的過程中,常常發現許多的總務常常為了採購產品東奔西跑耗油、耗時、傷透腦筋外更是忙的無法分身,基於新年代新觀念(省時省力輕鬆購物)的前提下,本公司先於八十四年成立了日用品宅配部門,又於九十二年成立禮贈品部門,再於九十六年成立網路日用品購物部門,除了專門幫總務們解決購物繁所問題外,更可另外幫忙尋找所須採購之任何商品,在開發產品的同時,也發現許許多多的商品非常的特殊、有趣、實用,但是在市面上並不普遍,甚至找不到的新產品,為了將這些充滿趣味創意的商品帶給大眾,於是繼九十四年設立了「購購夠創意生活館」禮品購物網站,又於九十六年設立了「總務補給站」日用品採購網站;讓您輕輕鬆鬆的在辦公室中用手指來逛街,您可以自在的挑選任何您想要的商品,並用合理的價格來購買它;「總務補給站」能給您最省時省油錢的購物環境和多樣的商品資訊,也真心希望您能支持本網站;為大家服務,是我們的榮幸,歡迎您的光臨,與本網站共同創造美好的未來。

供應商管理行為準則 :


1.合法與合規


供應幫須遵守經營,製造或開發業務所在地的所有適用的環境,勞工及反腐敗法律和法規.


2.環境


對環境有重大影響的供應商應當堅持實施有效的環境政策及/或環境管理系統,以支持環境保護,防止污染和審慎管理自然資源.供應商應努力降低其產品和服務對環境的影響.


3.自由選擇就業


供應商不得使用任何形式的強迫勞動,監禁勞動,契約勞工,抵押勞工或非自願的勞動.


4.避免使用童工


供應商不得僱用低於國際勞工組織公約或國家法律規定之年齡(取較高者)的兒童


5.不歧視


供應商應向全體僱員提供平等機會和發展機會,無論人種/種族,性別,民族,年齡,殘疾,性取向或宗教.


6.薪酬和福利


供應商應提供遵守所有適用法律和符合當地通行做法的薪資和福利.


7.工作時間


供應商應確保其僱員的工作時間不超過當地有關正常上班和加班的法定限制.


8.結社自由


供應商應認可和尊重其僱員在適用法律的界限內自由結社和集體談判的權利.


9.人道待遇


供應商對待僱員應給予尊重和尊嚴,提供一個沒有騷擾,脅迫和恐嚇的工作環境.


10.健康和安全


供應商應提供一個安全和健康的工作環境,以預防在工作場所所發生事故和傷害.


11.反腐敗


供應商不得為了獲取或保留業務而從事賄賂,串通或任何其他形式的腐敗行為.供應生直接或間接巷瑞銀索取賄賂將喪失供應商資格.

Supplier Management Code of Conduct:


1.legal and compliance   


Suppliers are required to comply with management,manufacturing, or conduct business location with all applicable environmental,    labor and anti-corruption laws and regulations.


2. Environment


Have a significant impact on the environment suppliers should adhere to the implementation of effective environmental policies and/or environmental management systems to support environmental protection,pollution prevention    and prudent management of natural  resources.Suppliers should strive to reduce the impact of products  and services on the environment.


3.Free choice of employment


Supplier shall not use any form of forced labor,prison labor,indentured labor,bonded labor or involuntary labor.


4.Avoid using child labor


Suppliers shall not employ below the prescribed age of ILO conventions or national law(whichever is higher) in childern.


5.Non-discrimination


Supplier shall provide equal opportunities to all employees and development opportunities,regardless of race/ethnicity,gender,ethnicity,age,disability,sexual orientation or religion.


6.Salaries and benefits


Supplier shall provide to comply with all applicable laws and practices in line with prevailing local wages and benefits.


7.Hours


The supplier shall ensure that their employees are not required to work more than the local legal limits on regular and overtime hours.


8.Freedom of Association


The supplier shall recognize and respect the rights of its employees to freely associate and collectively bargaining within the boundaries of applicable law.


9.Humanely


Suppliers treat their employees with respect and dignity and provide a work environment free of harassment,coercion and intimidation.


10.Health and safety


Supplier shall provide a safe and healthy working environment,in orger to prevent the occurrence of accidents and injuries in the workplace. This requirement applies equally to employees of suppliers accommodation facilities (if any)


11.Anti-Corruption


Supplier shall not engage in bribery,collusive practices or any other form of corruption.Suppliers who seek to extort bribes either directly or indirectly from UBS will be disqualified as a supplier.
